2026 Leaders Conference - Reno, NV

The 2026 National Grange Leaders’ Conference wrapped up in Nevada, after three days of workshops, collaboration, and forward‑looking discussions that energized members from across the country. Held May 1–3 at the Nugget Casino Resort, the event brought together state presidents, national officers, and additional leaders committed to strengthening the future of the Grange.

A packed schedule kept attendees engaged, which opened Friday afternoon and continued through Sunday at noon. Sessions centered on leadership development, organizational sustainability, and innovative approaches to community service. Members were able to connect with peers from other states, sharing ideas. grievances, and building relationships that will support their work throughout the year.
